New Technology

On February Samsung announced their latest Galaxy phones: the S10, the S10+, and the smaller less expensive S10E. One of the new features is the under-screen fingerprint sensor that can charge other phones. Yes, you hear it right it’s the new wireless charging. It can charge other phones that charge via the Qi standards, wireless charging-enabled devices. All with just a swipe down into the settings, enable Wireless PowerShare, and placing the handsets back to back. The only downside to all this is the other phone must be facing down for this to work. The price for these new phone start off at $749.99 for the S10E, $899.99 for the S10, and $999 for the Galaxy S10+.

Although Samsung beat Apple with this new feature, Apple is still one of the most common phone brand. However, this new feature that looks like it comes in handy. It comes with a downside, one phone must be facing down to receive the charge from the Galaxy S10. Meaning that both phones will not be able to be used while they are charging. Unless you are willing to be holding both phone at once. Other than that the new Samsung is full of all new features, a full lasting battery that last up to 12 hours and a half. An all new ultra-wide camera production that offers better image quality in low light, it is the fastest Android phone.

Comparison between a 15 or 30 year mortgage

What are the pros and cons between a 15 and 30 year mortgage rate? Lets say you want to buy a house with 2,801 sqft, 4 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms for a total of $560,000. You get the option of either choosing a 15 or 30 year mortgage. The 15 year mortgage offers you monthly payments of $3,325 and as you make your payments the total interest rate paid adds up being $150,507. Once everything is payed for the total is $802,271. Back with the 30 year plan, of $354,811 as the interest rate with monthly payments of $2,230 and the total adding up to $598,507.

Why some people are more likely to choose a 30 year plan over the 15? People have more payments other that just paying a house, that might be why more people would rather get the 30 year plan. Even though it ends up being more money at the end it is more flexible to be paying less every month. Than to have a high payment along with other payments. Over time you might get caught up, and that’s what ends up making people have a higher rate of losing their homes or become really indebt with loans.

My Top Three

Grupo Codiciado

Grupo Codiciado is a music group that are from Tijuana, Mexico. The first song I heard from them was in the year of 2015. When their song Gente de Accionar came out, bring them out to fame. It wasn’t until last year that I became in love with all of their songs and started watching everything they post.

Dodge Charger

Since the year of 2015 the Dodge Charger has been one of my favorite car. I love everything about it, from the roaring sound it makes, to the mean look it has. What is there not to like, it is a perfect four door sedan anyone would want. It is one of my biggest dreams to one day be able to have one of my own.

Los Angeles Lakers

It’s the team from where I from and even better, one of the greatest players of all time Lebron James plays for the Lakers. After Kobe’s retirement and the Lakers getting LeBron it is just a matter of time that they will soon be winning championships.
